Payment & Billing Terms

Payment terms are established at account setup and must be maintained in good standing. Invoices are due according to the agreed terms listed on your account.

We accept approved forms of payment as outlined during account onboarding. Please contact your sales representative or accounting department if you need to update payment information.

Past-due balances may result in delivery holds, account suspension, or revised payment terms until the account is brought current.

Product pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and supplier adjustments. Your sales representative will communicate significant changes whenever possible.
